COVID-19 Pet Food Program

HSEC is committed to helping pets and their owners during this time of need by providing pet food free of charge to any resident of Edmonson County that needs the help. We will get through this!

We have received a grant from the Pedigree Foundation, along with pet food donations from Hills and Champion Petfoods to help our citizens during this trying time.

There are no income requirements of any kind.
