We are not accepting dogs into out spay/neuter program at this time.
Rules:
Each cat must come in a separate, cat-sized, crate. If you need to borrow a cat-sized crate at drop-off, please inform us at least 2 days prior to your drop-off date.
If your pet is aggressive or not used to human contact, please inform us when your appointment is made.
If your pet has a history of seizures, please inform us when your appointment is made.
Violation of these rules may result in the cancellation of your appointment, with no refund.
No Shows:
If you are a no show, or a last minute cancellation for a discounted spay/neuter you are no longer eligible to use those programs. You can still pay full price and use our service. If you have a second no show or last minute cancellation you will no longer be able to use our spay/neuter service.

This is our biggest tool in ending pet overpopulation and euthanaisa. By spaying and neutering your pet you can save countless lives down the road.
Prices:
HSEC has already brought some great low cost spay/neuter opportunities to the community. By working with our Network Partners we're able to offer these low cost spay/neuter prices all of the time.
Policy:
A representative of the Humane Society will get back to you after your application is received.
We require prepayment for ALL spay/neuter procedures.
There is an additional $5 fee if you live outside of Edmonson County.
We accept cash, checks and credit card through PayPal. You may also send in your payment via check.
You may cancel and receive a refund up to 8 days before date of procedure.
Refunds will not be given within 7 days of procedure date unless of emergency.
Discounted spay/neuter are non refundable and can not be rescheduled
